Cerveza Somosmonos

Somosmonos is a beer that’s equivalent to music but for your taste bud that’s led by well-known local ska & reggae musical prodigy, Victor Santoyo aka Timbales. Santoyo emphasizes both the art and the craft. It’s the coveted opportunity to sample this selective and exclusive beer that’s made by special order only for special events.

Casa Humilde Cerveceria

Sample the many craft brew selections from these featured establishments. Purchase bites from food trucks and local eateries and listen to live beats and music acts.

Revolution Brewery

Casa Humilde’s cervezas are brewed with the entire extended familia in mind. Their Mexican lager, “Maizal” is a beer your dad, uncles and his friends will love as much as their staple low-priced beer and instead will ask you to bring a case for the next party or make a run for more on the spot. See what’s making the old-timers proud of the next generation.

Blue Island Beer Company

Blue Island Beer Company hails from the steel towns of decades past where breweries made waves and prospered during prohibition in Chicagoland’s far south side. Don’t call it a comeback but Blue Island Beer Company brings a new era of excellence in craft brewing under the leadership of Al Cromwell and brewmaster Bryan Schimko. Expect instant classics.

5 Rabbit Cerveceria

5 Rabbit Cerveceria hopped over the craft beer competition when they released their first beer in 2011 while making history as the first Latin American inspired brewery. They’ve not only challenged beer-making convention but made a political statement with their famous and groundbreaking “Chinga tu Pelo” that made many of us raise a glass in their honor. ¡Salud!

18th Street Brewery

18th Street Brewery was founded as a home brewery by Drew Fox in 2010. You’ll find their original location in Gary, IN and a bigger newer Hammond location houses production, packaging, barrel program, a taproom and a full service kitchen. Their beers range from saisons, double India Pale Ales, double milk stouts to pilsners and lagers. Try what they live and love to do.

Lo Rez Brewery & Taproom

Lo Rez is committed to the craft of beer making and the art of building community. Since day one, they’ve been showcasing art with perfectly curated monthly shows in partnership with Pilsen Outpost and contributing monetarily to neighborhood causes without seeking publicity. Their German style brews are second to none. Taste the difference Lo Rez is making.
